The way I read into it, is that additional phase or phases are likely unnecessary if the end user isn't using different printer manufacturers. Siemens, for example, appears to be using all EOS systems for their brand new facility and may not require additional phases should they take on an RTE contract. They may wish to test it on a larger scale, but at least they're using the same manufacturer.
