Except for one 3-star review (which says the owner wasn't very nice), and 1 4-star review of someone who claims to be 'in the business', the rest are either all 1 star (with some saying they couldn't give zero), or 5 stars -- which seems a little suspicious. Madeline did reply to one of the 1 star reviews, but it didn't make her look good.
