dude- I'm thankful Siraj stepped up and said something about 5000 hours of testing. Otherwise, we would have had no clue. That fact could be important to the timing of a deal.
They've been scamming way before ML got involved. ML is just the useful idiot to bring a shred of credibility to the company. Just because he's great at his trade doesn't mean he can't get scammed himself. In fact, I believe it would be easier to pull off on someone like ML who's not even in the same state as the day to day operation.
I made the same comment about the NDA to Walter yesterday. I believe the testing requests are covered by NDA and someone ultra savvy could draw conclusions about what companies would request X testing.
