Be careful here. Just a pump. Does not say anywhere DBMM will be uplisted. They have a long way to go before any uplisting. Does say they violated the law so does not clear them from continuing prosecution.

That just means DBMM won't be revoked. It's still Grey Market. And yes, "expert market" is still Grey Market. They still need to get an MM to file a 211, and get it past FINRA to "up-list" to pink. The SEC will likely have a say in that as well.

What really is disconcerting though is much time the 'process' takes! It is frightening to think that LAHO could be caught up into a similar time frame. Good grief!

Just hoping SEC does not take a hard line here as well (for whatever reason) given this case's judge verdict.
