Seems like the name change has been in the works for awhile. It's not something done without thought. Looks like power analytics is up to something?

I think the Order with SGSI was just about attorney changes. I don't think charges were dropped. I could be wrong since I just read the summary. Plus, the news release does say they resolved previous lawsuits.

Perhaps they dropped the Wavetech GMBH because it would be pointless to sue the non-existent, post-merged company. We will see soon enough.
