The same guy that proved to the investment community his lies about the long ago expired options of the George RR Martin material and of course, the film rights to the late Roger Zelazny’s Lord of the Light, where his family nor the publisher knew a thing about granting any film rights to this scam. That got him a cease and desist letter and you may notice that promotion has been removed from this website. One could conclude iHub got a C&D letter too from the estate to have that garbage removed.

LOL Pure BS! This is a grey market ticker and nothing else. If it wasn't a grey scam ticker, Mark WOULDN'T NEED TO WORK WITH AN MM & FORM 211 IN EFFORT TO GET PINK again... Let's not forget FINRA will never approve their 211, they didn't last time, and they won't this time ;-)

And I'm not blaming you for starting that silly story...I'm just saying that it doesn't take rocket science to see that clearly otc markets has seen real filings of some kind, otherwise they wouldn't have moved this to the pinks to begin with, and to the expert market the next.

Looks like company is complete failure, at least as reflected in the share price. Looks like a good place to throw money away.
