Incorrect. Unaudited financials means no Up-Listing period. If FUNN is lowering the bar to this now....There will not be a short wait to QB it may take well into next year if that. FUNN may need to start over again if they don't get it together soon.

in fact, it's the last nail in the franchising coffin. 0 franchises sold in past 2-3 years.

Franchising has been abandoned in lieu of "growth by acquisition"

Which means greater debt, worsening negative net profits, and greater dilution

how's the ku-k** division doing. I hear the growth from that division is just so ginormously amaaaaazing.
