Maybe the hold was B.S., and the company (REGENXBIO) is forcing the FDA to either explain themselves, or if they don't, it might demonstrate the FDA were behaving in a biased manner. If clear bias is evident, a house cleaning could be at hand. Someone just took office that might like to tidy things up if there is anyone abusing the agency's authority.
