Is it me or isn't there a conflict of interest that Tony (Bizuo) Liu is leading the effort to go private especially at this time in the company's development.

This company hit a price of over 40 dollars a share with just promises a few years back, today we have a contract with Novartis, phase 2 of rejoin and phase 3 of Aljoin and a bew facility in the US.

Yet only wants to offer 19.50 a share to us common shareholders.

Seems almost criminal to me.
