Going private? Never have I seen such a thing. Always the opposite has been true, a private company going public, aka an IPO.....
Crazy.....
I guess the payout will be handsome at least, at 19.50 a share.
Sad. This was always one of my more profitable endeavours.....
Sorry to see it disappear.....
