Isn't that figure specific for secondary composite endpoints?

Yes.

And our secondary composite endpoint is 3 point MACE (Hard MACE).

Figure 3 (facing page). Key Secondary Efficacy Composite End Point in Selected Prespecified Subgroups.

Shown are the hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals for the key secondary efficacy composite end point of cardiovascular death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, or nonfatal stroke, as assessed in a time-to event analysis, in selected prespecified subgroups of the intention-to-treat population.

Edit: Here (hyperlink) is a paper to further clarify what I mean.

You linked to a paper titled:

"Secondary endpoints cannot be validly analyzed if the primary endpoint does not demonstrate clear statistical significance"

Fine, I agree with that.

R-IT's primary endpoint was stat sig.

Unambiguously stat sig with a bunch of zeros after the decimal point.

Our main secondary EP was also wildly stat sig.

And all other secondary EP's were stat sig right on down to "All Cause Mortality" where it was not.

Atom - Hard MACE was the secondary composite outcome.
