Gold- Nate got our non-equity POR6 changed to POR7, which included equity in getting WMIH shares. I am afraid that everything Sussman & Co did was related to, and also part of getting to, THE POR7. So, the opening up of any 'incriminating' documents, doesn't move us past what we have now.
Unless, these documents were discovered and sealed AFTER POR7 was approved. Someone help me here with the timing...…...
