They aint tupid either and that is one of the reasons I say we are going into NEXT year!!!

ESPECIALLY if it is anything sizeable!!!!!! NOBODY wants a lot of money at the end of the year with little time to make decisions as to what to do.

Even if it is DONE (LOL) on paper this year, IMHO FUNDS won't transfer till 2020 for just that reason
