I expect the carrot of "we are in talks with regulators" at any time now.

Takes the pressure off NWBO to say anything further, allows speculation that things are farther along (as in a BLA being submitted) and shifts delay blame to the RAs.

That would buy them to at least ASCO before the pitchforks start coming out again.
