The only reason for smh around here is that Roger put in writing that the audit "will be filed" and "worst case: Wednesday/Thursday", and it's now Friday and no audit.
It's good to understand that this type of stuff could easily be construed by the SEC as stock manipulation or worse. Being a worthless pink pile of crap is only a good excuse up to a certain point. Roger has a responsibility to not lie to shareholders, and when the explicit deadlines he keeps setting for the audit never materialize, it gets harder and harder to defend him.
