With that math the Whelan’s could lose control of BIEL quickly. I don’t see shares being surrendered if possible.

Shares could be purchased pretty quickly if the price rises by a Party wanting to gain control.

How many shares would be up for sale between .0025-.0050? I would think a boat load.
