It sounds to me like it’s still up in the air — I agree with Nomodo that it’s likely dependent on the cleanup of shares — if the 800 million or so “unaccounted for” can be wiped out that brings OS to 1.3 Billion on a 5.9 Billion AS— probably wouldn’t need one as it’s the equivalent ratio of what a 300 mil OS on a 1.4 Bil AS after the proposed split would be
