The train wreck happened many years ago. What agreement with Embarq? They have no agreements with anyone other than a bogus company called Extreme Copper, which appears to be little more than a mail drop. Run away or burn your cash for the warmth it will provide.
The positive side is their product and distribution agreement with Embarq which is a Fortune 500 company with deep pockets. If RIM has the product why not have EMbarq make the acquisition?
