The positive side is their product and distribution agreement with Embarq which is a Fortune 500 company with deep pockets. If RIM has the product why not have EMbarq make the acquisition?

Can you point us all out to this agreement?

Do you believe the meaning of the word "if" means it's a go?

Why I ask you that is "if" is the key word in that PR.

The lawyers have laughed hard along with rest of scam team now for weeks wattching shareholders get lost in that PR as once again deception since inception has taken place using that word to keep the legal consequences from happening.
