Best thing is that those preferred will be restricted still.

So it sounds like he doesn't want to let any go below a penny that way the amount of restricted shares in outsiders hands are minimal.

Thats huge.....shows they want to minimize any future dilution and are planning on getting share price into pennyland soon.
