Just got off the phone with a Sebastian Bordeaux with GMNI. States him and his associate were with MJNA for 5 years, and have recently resigned. They are buying this share structure for a new venture in Oil and Gas, stating the have wells. Wants to take the stock price to .01 sell he can sell his preferred shares to "fund" the company. FWIW
