I contacted Brian Guinn on Linkedin the finacial officer with UNRG and he responded. Pretty basic, but its all he could tell me at the moment I'm sure, but at lease he's reachable.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, you are correct....it is very busy. As you probably are aware, it's a process and must go through the necessary steps as we make these changes. Once everything is filed with the proper agencies, that "stop" sign should be lifted. Hope to have news soon and am excited about what we're building. Thanks for reaching out!
