Since he's the IR guy, you might not have much choice. From a legal perspective, I've never seen a real bankrupcty disappear in such a short time, lending credence to Bleckman's assertion that it was a bogus filing by a disgruntled employee who was discharged for failure to implement the marketing program in Germany. Bottom line, it's gone.
