Don, very good. Looks like the real deal. However, what about the Trademark, did they agree on the trademark transfer since I could not find it in the Agreement.
I mention this because the Complaint mentions the "mark" and that portion of Isee business was transferred pertinent to BRKK mark. That said, the only "mark" that BRKK has is in Canada.
That's why I keep harping on the distinction between BRKK/Canada and Vicareo/USA trademarks.
Believe me, I want to be wrong, but the way Daniel has operated, and especially as to this claim, is very suspicious. He could have had this claim recovered, if it truly is legit, by offering an attorney a "contingent fee", meaning Daniel would not have to outlay any money, and the attorney would work for free until the recovery for a certain sum i.e. 10%/20% or whatever once they recovered the monies.
Somebody holding a golden goose egg and smashing the chit out of it as he did, I am very, very suspect. Until he puts out some type of status on this claim by the lawyer, NOT Daniel, I still call it bullchit. Sorry, I'm not convinced. Let's hear from the horse's mouth (lawyer) not the horse's ass (Daniel).
