agreed.. The year isn't over and who knows what they are working on. I don't and I'm certain 99 percent of the people in here don't. But they act like they are 100 percent certain nothing is going on behind the scenes... how do they know that? The 1A was just approved a couple weeks ago it will take time to get that money in etc. we'll see what happens.
