What kind of fool would believe that statement. Dilution? From who? Definitely not the company. Not one person from ALPP has sold a single share! I know this because every audited company like ALPP has to file a form 4 whenever they buy or sell their stock. So the only other possible solution would be an aggressive short attack hosted by the negative company blowing up the alpine board here yesterday. 98% of them have changed their OPINIONS today.
