I was wondering about it as well.. and one of the explanation would be that CVSI has been selling more blank/white bulk product to small companies that are entering the market (aka their own competitors).. these bulk sales would show up as 'e-commerce' sales.. also that would explain drop in margins.. since they must sell bulk in cheaper prices.
