Waaayyy past. It should have been the 21st or 22nd of October. I truly don't think they are going to file anytime soon.

Read post 8687.... thats the email from IR @ Cerebain that Steve Miller had posted that he received.

Its a guessing game, but since they did file an extension we believed that October 15th was the new "prescribed" filing date and I think 15 trading calendar days after that is today.

Im not worried if it doesn't get filed today/tomorrow..... ill give it until the end of this week to rethink my position here. Im already thinking that I will stay for a little longer than I had planned since im still seeing Share Structure updated daily, and no dilution (except for the restricted shares) for over a month.
