.This is interesting, because it is from just one claimant,with multiple claims. Wonder why Amro Bank would file invalid claims or withdraw there claims. Also no dollar amount was mentioned,wonder why?? Perhaps this was settled out of court and puts us one step closer to resolving the LTU's payouts.
.Hope the Litigation Trustees' is keeping track of where all the money is going, besides just seeking recoveries of embezzled funds. If payouts to Creditors is to high, then Class A Units, will collect most of the Litigation recoveries, leaving little for the Class B Units (us former Shareholders). Hopefully the quarterly Litigation Trustees' report will be out by the 15th of November and will shed some light where we are in the Class B LTU's recoveries and will be in the Dockets soon.
.We should also be kicking off a court case within a week. It is against the former Directors intentionally embezzling funds of the former ANWWQ. Just my speculation is that they will not appear, due to their belief that we are out of their jurisdiction. Then we will win by default and move onto Greek Courts which have already recognized our claims as valid by Greek Law. IMO
