this has been RS'd twice now over the years...no matter how much of a RS is done shareholders still have the same penny stock and anyone putting money in this stock will be a complete idiot paying say a buck/share when the day before the RS it was only worth .0001 or less because...do a RS once the stock goes around 10,000% higher that will put it to 1 cent.
