I think its important to show "all of the facts " contained in the Filings!

"Upon the filing of the amendment to the Articles, the Company will have approximately 35,397,217 shares of Common Stock authorized and available for future issuances"


Having only 35 million authorized is a dramatic difference than 3 billion IMHO.
