Yet the D&O settlement was JUST SIGNED OFF ON BY THE COURT LAST WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess that was not HOLDING up anything RIGHT?????????? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was AYA causing that DELAY????? NOPEY HOSENUSAGAIN WAS and had not even CONTACTED the D&O insurers according to thier lawyer!!!!!!!

THEN POOF it was taken care of in 10 mins and on the phone and settled
