Hey just warning everybody about this company.

First you should ask yourself why it is trending on ihub?

Second, they plan to dilute their existing shareholders by 181.22448776028656%!!!!!

Don't believe me?

They just filed an S-3 for $250 000 000. Not $100 million -- which is what is usual for penny stock shelf registrations (S-3's) -- Two Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars folks.

Going off the $2.78 closing price on Friday, their current valuation is
$137 950 452.

That is A LOT of dilution. I'd steer clear of this if I were you. There are much better opportunities out there everybody
