Three things:

1. Mellow spoke with FDA's FOIA team a few months ago and they told him that it would take forever to fulfill that FOIA request. Similarly with Yee, he (Yee) said that his FOIA request would not be fulfilled by the PDUFA date.

2. What Nissen said may or may not be true. People actually lie.

3. Even if it is true (he didn't speak to FDA directly about Amarin), that doesn't mean that he isn't working with them on implementing policy which may effect Amarin.

For the record, I do not blame Nissen of any wrongdoing but I have a lot of questions.

Does Dr Bhatt speak with the FDA?
