My understanding is the underwriter's of class 18 were limited in payback -- that is why they wanted to move to class 19. The judge appears to be expecting us to believe the underwriters were willing to move to class 19 to be nice... money ain't nice.

I support Alice. Rosen and judge are not going to get away with acting stupid and giving away our assets!
