I read an article in Journal of accountancy That says if they know what the earnings are but haven't made it public information yet Then they can't buy back their shares until the earnings are released So I would figure they would release the 10Q and be current and then start the buyback from what I understand but not sure about the stop sign or not if I read it right Not sure if it meant insiders buying before the information is public or company buying the shares before the information is public
