Hi there! Holy cow - there is NOTHING over in that area. Just houses and high rises.

TGIFs is very easy to get to near the Prosperity courtyard. New Hampshire Ave from the FDA to the I-495 Beltway had one starbucks that I could see....and what i thought was a california pizza but turned out to be a california tortilla. No bar. That was a 4 mile stretch that I drove.

Getting off the I495 - exit 28A - there is a small shopping center - with another starbucks and a Hilton Home2. A grocery store. There may have been a sushi place in there but i am not sure.
