Yes BOB.Those shares are left over in Disputed Equity Escrow which will get distributed to former shareholders.

If you look at the last page DCR balance it shows '-', not zero with the below notes.

NOTES:
1) "Disputed Assets" includes cash held for the benefit of disputed claims.
2) The balance in the DCR could increase if prior disputed claims are refiled, as allowed by
approved stipulations.
