You are correct but I honestly think that is the farthest thing from Roger Mortimer's mind.

He would rather see His shareholders make it to the Nasdaq strictly when Amfil Technologies is determined Profitable after ALL debts are paid.

Anything less will cause a drop in share price right after the R/S.

Over-all Profitability always come before Huge revenues from only one Sub.

This is why Inter-loc kings along with another sub must be spun off first under the AMFE Ticker Symbol.

Then as a Stand-a-lone Company called Snakes and Lattes......FUNN will flourish beyond Your wildest Dreams.
