Because the estate would have 100 trillion new claims against it. The BK would be held up, literally indefinitely.

This Bk case would be inundated with bogus claims resulting in a legal morass for years and years.

IMHO there would be an onslaught of lawsuits that would go on for years.

But in REALITY they'd have no claim as nobody forced em to sell and THIS WAS A REORG not a 7, so all had the same opportunity.

But legal action could be brought even if it was fruitless
