Maddy, the reason for the reverse split, if any, would be to make a jump to an exchange such as the NASDAQ if the stock'S PPS doesn't quite make it to $3 in the future and is trading in OTCQX market tier at that time. The reverse split would automatically allow the stock to have the required PPS price to be eligible to get into the exchange (NASDAQ requires a minimum of $3 PPS on the bid). Hope this helps.

Your portfolio Value would not take a hit.
Could be an advantage to FUNN shareholders if We reach either $3 Bucks per share or under normal conditions...... $4 Bucks per share.

I do not like Reverse Splits if My stock is NOT profitable after all Debts are paid no matter how high the Revenues are.
I do not think that Amfil Technologies, Inc will be profitable.....AFTER ALL DEBTS ARE PAID.....so that is another reason that I do not want a Reverse Split at this time or in the next 6 to 9 months.
But...if Snakes and Lattes spins themselves off from the other Subs the PPS will skyrocket......but one big IF...How can the other subs exist on their own when Snakes and Lattes leaves them behind?
You have a lot of Questions staring You in the face when and if there is a vote for any Reverse Split?
Let's just wait and see how Roger will handle this decision.....if it comes down to that?
