vodka, thank you and I will give you two reasons to be very optimistic.

1) The original BIG MONEY PLAYERS control the majority of preferred and common equity interests and are still here when they could have made a filing with the court and left years ago

2) The (UWs) Underwriters who specialize in underwriting MBS and know where the money resides, experienced in Bk remote assets ensured they were ultimately placed in class 19.

Plus they had an extra year to make their investment decisions in releasing for which we now know why plus the UWs are currently fighting to stay in class 19...WHY...there is presumably no money
