TriDaddy, Delaware is known for secrecy when it comes to these trusts and Grand Cayman Islands, Switzerland and the Bahamas have nothing on Delaware.

There is total separation between an active Delaware BK case and BK remote assets. Kind of like when you go to a bank they will not tell you how much your neighbors that banks there has in their account...totally and legally separate with no accountability to each other.
