The great thing about this $$$$ transfer is that Rosen can't do anything about it. The lame duck does not control the outside of BK assets. But do not cry fro Argentina he has plenty of the the essentials IMO

... Only Judge Walrath can actually provide the "Final Rule to Close" these TWO Cases ... (hopefully, that is what the 12/19/2019 date will be used for) ...

currently, we are still within the time frame allowable, to see the ... "submissions to close" ...

Remember, ... None' of the Trustees' (plural) ... have been ?, or will be able to, function openly or properly until the ... "Cases Are Closed" ...
