Or an Emeril Lagassi? Whichever that's pretty impressive.

Yummmm! That looks good. I love rotisserie chicken. That's why I buy a couple when I visit Costco. They last two weeks and I'm ready for another trip the store of big baskets.

What's your seasoning and do you baste?

I've been looking at the Emeril Legasse rotisserie do-it-all oven to replace my hard luck Wolfgang Puck oven.
