I think the rise is due to the loss of the the overhang of newly registered shares, continued steady accumulation by somebody and the upcomming NSM Safekeeper news.

Has anybody ever thought of a PR as a cheap marketing tool or only as a tool to prop-up the stock?

We learned two things today:

1. Michael Sprague is President and COO of WaveXpress, which begs the question: Where is Peter j. Sprague?

2. Apparently there are enterprises out there that are interested in TvTonic. Make no mistake, this space is being watched.
