Condor interesting discussion

Re " But doesn't the fact that AMRN's expert admitted to prescribing V for <12 weeks 5% of the time (which led to the finding of no contributory) suggest otherwise in at least some cases? "

Could you link that section of the testimony for me ...thx
I'd like to read the background reasoning ( if any ) for only prescribing V for less than 12 wks . Obviously high TG's is not " cured " in 12 wks so I was wondering if anything else was mentioned .

Condor...

Quote: "Is not the treatment of a hypertriglyceride indication always a subset of treatment of any CVD indication?"...Not since 2013...Lowering trigs does not always lead to lower CVD event risk....

Elevated trigs are a marker for CVD event risk..But lowering these trigs by any method other than lowering SI does not result in lower CVD event risk...

C-

Your question ("Is not the treatment of a hypertriglyceride indication always a subset of treatment of any CVD indication?") is a good one I don't know the answer to.

The answer is simple and straight: No.

Treatment of a hypertriglyceride is "against" pancreatic.
