I thought the same thing so I CONTACTED THE CEO LAST MONTH AND HE VERIFIED THE 35 MILLION NUMBER AS THE NEW A/S AND STATED THE DEF FILING WILL SHOW MORE DETAILS, ETC

That is taking into consideration if all the preferred shares were to be converted. Just note that all the final numbers will be released in the Definitive 14C when it comes out sometime in the first part of Nov. xxx thanks for your support and confidence in our company."
