The fact that we are sitting in the trips with a disruptive tech, is very illogical, especially when it didn't have to be this way!
I recently started to learn how to play the keyboard once again,(never seem to stick with it), but anyway, when practicing my scales, after a few minutes my wrist will start to hurt, so I would become discourage and stop, and later start again, and so on and so forth!
So recently I got the idea to wear the Actipatch while practicing, I was able to practice for one hour straight with no pain, this device is truly amazing!
