No, it was worded correctly. The escrow markers are to track your ownership of the disputed equity shares, and the "escrow markers" will be canceled once those have been distributed to the proper owners. There will be no reason for them to exist once those final shares are dispersed as there is no other avenue of returns.

They meant exactly what was stated, that Escrow Markers will be cancelled after the court closes the cases. As the LT has stated since 2012, Escrows are solely for the distribution of shares in the Newco, NOT CASH! Outstanding LTI's will also be cancelled because the LT will have ZERO assets left after the distribution to Class 18 is made.
